What To Expect
Before Your Appointment
- Please fill out and bring provided health and safety forms before your first appointment or arrive 15 min before scheduled time. (After your first appointment please arrive 5 minutes before scheduled time.) See forms page.
- Remember to shower before your appointment if you are fresh off the river.
- If you are running late to your appointment please call and tell us as all no call/no show clients appointments will be canceled 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time.
- Cancelation Policy: Please cancel 24 hours prior to designated time.
During Your Appointment
- We will provide a massage tailored to you specific needs and requests.
- Please tell us if we need to change your massage at any time during the appointment. (pressure or target muscles)
After Your Appointment
- Remember to rest and drink plenty of water.
